MDCT冠状动脉CTA的临床应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 以往对冠状动脉疾病的确诊主要依靠数字减影血管造影(DSA)冠状动脉造影检查,其准确性高,一直以来都是临床上为诊断冠心病的金标准检查方法。但它属于有创检查,且具有一定的危险性,而且临床检查费用相对较高。近年来,随着多排螺旋CT(MDCT)的技术发展,其对心血管的检查已日渐成熟,在心脏成像检查也有大量临床应用报道,主要包括MDC冠状动脉检查[1,2]和心功能灌注检查[3]。MDCT以其扫描速度快,影像后处理工作站对采集的图像数据资料信息的处理能力强大,在冠状动脉疾病的检出中更具得天独厚的优势。
