摘要
目的探讨食管癌中Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白表达与单纯放射治疗疗效及预后相关因素间的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测56例食管鳞癌组织中Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白表达情况,分析其表达与临床病理参数及患者预后的关系。结果 Survivin和Caspase-3蛋白表达呈负相关;Survivin蛋白表达、T分期、N分期与食管癌预后相关,为独立预后因素。结论 T、N分期较晚以及Survivin蛋白表达阳性者预后差,Survivin蛋白表达有可能成为食管癌临床分期的参考指标。
Objective To investigate relationship between the expressions of Survivin and Caspase-3,the efficiency of radiotherapy and patients＇ prognosis in treatment of esophageal carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of Survivin and Caspase-3 protein were detected in 56 cases of esophageal squamous-celled carcinoma（ESCC） tissues by immunohistochemistry（SP）,and the correlation between these clinical pathological parameters and patients＇ prognoses was analyzed.Results The expression of Survivin was negatively related with that of Caspase-3,and the expression of Survivin,T staging and N staging were correlated with patients＇ prognoses,which might be independent prognostic factors for ESCC.Conclusion The patients with positive expression of Survivin and late stage of T,N have worse prognoses,and the levels of Survivin may become the reference indexes for clinical staging of esophageal carcinoma.
