摘要
介绍了一种钢球挤孔工艺,可获得尺寸精确、表面粗糙度较低的内孔,在通用机床上可代替效率 低的珩磨工序。
The experimental results are reported here on technology of ball sizing. The study indicates that an inner aperture with accurate work--size and low surface roughness can be manufactured with the technology of ball sizing and even a universal machine tool can do the work. It also shows that this method can be used to replace inefficient honing and it has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost.
