摘要
研究了AlTi5、AlTi5B1对ZL10 8合金T6状态的晶粒细化效果以及对ZL10 8合金室温拉伸性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,合金中的高Si含量影响AlTi5及AlTi5B1对合金晶粒的细化效果。AlTi5B1对合金性能的影响优于AlTi5 ,当ZL10 8合金中Ti的质量分数为 0 .30 %~ 0 .35 % ,w(B)约为 0 .0 7%时 ,合金的抗拉强度提高 ,伸长率明显提高 。
Influence of Al 5Ti,Al 5Ti B on the grain refinement and the tensile properties of ZL108 alloy with T6 state is studied. The results showed that high Si in Al Si alloy restrict the effects of Al 5Ti on the grain refinement of ZL108 alloy.0.20%~0.25% Ti content could improved properties of ZL108 alloy. The influence of Al 5Ti B on the properties of ZL108 alloy is better than those of Al 5Ti. Tensile strength and elongation is improved and α grain is refined for ZL108 alloy with 0.30%~0.35% Ti content and 0.06%~0.07% B content.
