摘要
利用 X射线定量织构分析术(ODF)和背散射电子衍射花样术(EBSP),对冷轧 LY12铝合金的再结晶织构、晶界特征分布及其与抗腐蚀性能的关系进行了研究结果表明,高温退火样品的再结晶织构与冷轧样品的织构相似;预回复+低温退火 样品具有较强的再结晶立方织构,重位晶界(尤其∑7)具有较高的出现频度重位晶界出现的频度愈高。
The evolution of recrystallization texture and coincidence site lattice (CSL) grain boundary distribution as well as corrosion-resisting property of LY12 aluminum alloy samples annealed at different temperatures and for different times were studied by means of ODF analysis and EBSP (electron back scattering pattern ) technique. The results show that the character of recrystallization texture in the sample annealed at a high temperature is similar to the cold rolling texture. In the sample recovered and then annealed at a low temperature, there exists a strong recrystallization cube texture, and CSL grain boundaries (especially X7)occur with a relatively high frequency resulted from the co-existing of the sharp cube texture component and the S texture component. The higher frequency CSL grain boundaries occur with, the better the corrosion-resisting property is.
