技术联盟给中国汽车产业创新带来了什么?

What the Technological Alliance Bring to the Innovation of Automobile Industry in China

组建产业技术联盟是当前我国汽车产业的最新发展动态。笔者通过考察技术联盟对中国汽车产业技术创新带来的直接效应和间接效应,用定性分析技术方法对联盟积极效应的各种前提如何被满足或违背,进行研究并利用样本实证,得出了技术联盟对中国汽车产业技术创新带来正净效应的结论,并指出牵头组建联盟的企业获得的正净效应来自参与联盟的正向间接效应;而参与组建联盟的企业的正净效应来自参与联盟的正向直接效应和负向间接效应叠加。

It is the newest trend to form the technological alliance in automobile industry in China. This paper focuses on the direct and indirect effect of technological alliance on the innovation performance of automobile industry in China. By analyzing whether these pre- requisites are met and how some of them are violated with the sample data, it is concluded that technological alliance achieves net posi- tive effect and points out that the leader in technological alliance gain positive effect of indirect influence from the followers while the members of the technical alliance gain net positive effect from both positive direct effect and negative indirect effect of the alliance.
