持续家庭访视对空巢老人生活幸福指数的影响

Effect of continuing family visit on the empty nester life happiness index

目的观察持续家庭访视(家访)对空巢老人生活幸福指数的影响。方法采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表进行问卷调查,于2010年8月对44名空巢老人进行首次问卷调查并将结果作为未家访组;另于2010年9月-2011年9月连续每月对该44名空巢老人进行家庭访视作为家访组。分析比较2组的调查结果。结果家访组正性情感(PA)、一般正性体验(PE)平均得分及总平均得分均明显高于未家访组,而负性情感(NA)及一般负性体验(NE)平均得分明显低于未家访组,总平均得分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续家庭访视可有效促进空巢老人的身心健康、直接提高生活幸福指数、建立更健康的生活方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of continuing family visit on the empty nester life happiness index. Methotis Conducted a questionnaire survey by memorial university of Newfoundland scale of happiness. Conducted a questionnaire survey of 44 empty nesters in August 2010, the result was set as no home visit group. Conducted home visit of the 44 empty nesters monthly from September 2010 to September 2011, the result was set as home visit group. Compared the survey results of two groups. Results The average scrore of middle of emotions （ PA）, generally positive experience （PE） and the total average score in home visit group were higher than those in no home visit group, average scrore of negative affect （NA） and generally negalive experience （NE） were lower than those in no home visit group, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Continuous home visit can effectively promote the physical and mental health of empty nester, directly improve the life happiness index, to establish a more healthy way of life, should be widely applied.
