摘要
通过对原有回转管蓝钨炉波纹管补偿器密封形式和进口回转管炉上新型机械密封形式从工作原理、结构等方面进行比较。分析原有密封失效的原因、新密封形式的合理性 ,运用该新型机械密封的原理成功地进行 3#蓝钨的实验及生产用回转管炉的改造 ,完成重点科研项目“3#蓝钨及其 WC的研制与开发”的设备工作。
With the comparsion of the sealing forms between the bellows compensator of the former rotary furnace for tungsten oxide and the new-type mechanical seal form of the import rotary furnace from their working principles and constructions,the source of the former furnace's sealing failure and the rationality of the new-type seal form have been analyzed.And the new-type form's principle has been put to reformate the furnaces for tungsten oxide's experiment and production successfully,the work on equipment for an emphasis scientific research item.“The researching and developing of 3#tungsten oxide and its tungsten carbide”has been finished.
