摘要
使用VC++5.0开发了镦粗过程锻件组织模拟软件 ,该软件通过处理有限元模拟所得的场量值 ,得到镦粗过程中锻件的晶粒度分布并实现模拟结果的可视化 ,得出应变场、应变速率场以及晶粒度的等值线。
Using VC ++ 5.0 simulation software of forging microstructure in upsetting has been developed to deal with field variables resulted in FEM simulation and obtain grain size distribution of forging and realize visualization of simulation results with contour line of strain field, strain rate field and grain size distribution.
