摘要
分析了钻杆受力情况，利用断裂力学理论，推导出焊缝及热影响区裂纹容限ａｍ的求算式，同时将各种缺陷换算为当量裂纹ａ，提出安全判据。
In this paper ,the drill rod's mechanical characteristics was analyzed. The formula solving critical crack size of weld and HAZ was devivated by the theory of fracture mechanics. By changing some kinds of defects into the effective length of welding crack, the critical crack size of weld and HAZ of weld and HAZ in drill rod was determined.
