摘要
稀土复合变质能细化晶粒 ,增加淬火组织中板条马氏体比例和获得一定量的奥氏体组织 ,改善夹杂物形态、大小和分布 ,使中碳耐磨铸钢具有较高的综合力学性能 ,并克服了一般中碳耐磨钢热裂倾向大的缺点。用它生产出来的衬板、击锤、斗齿其耐磨性在相同工况条件下比高锰钢提高 1~ 2 .
RE compound modification can fine crystal grain,increase ratio of martensite in quenched structure and gain certain austenite,improve the form,size and distribution of inclusions to enable medium carbon steel to have higher comprehensive mechanical properties and to overcome shortcomings of hot crack of such steel.The wear proof of lining board,hammar and tooth bucket made up of it has been 1 to 2.5 times of that of high Mn steel under the same working conditions.
