摘要
从2010年到2012年春连续三年云南出现大旱天气,给当地经济社会生活带来了极大的困难,并造成了严重的经济损失。出现大旱的原因包括自然原因和人为原因,人为原因是主因,主要有过度坚持人类中心主义发展观、忽视对传统文化中环境保护思想的继承等。对此,我们为了实现经济发展与环境保护的双赢,须转变经济发展理念,实行经济与环保并重,并从传统文化中汲取有益的因素。
It was severe drought weather from 2010 to the spring of 2012 in Yunnan. The local economic and social life was extremely difficult and it caused serious economic losses. The causes of a severe drought include natural causes and human causes. Human reason is the main one. We focus on the development concept of anthropocentrism and neglect environmental protection. In order to achieve economic development and environmental protection, we should change our economy development concept and pay attention to environmental protection
