“90后”大学生的心理特点与德育实践创新

摘要 随着"90后"进入大学校园,思想政治教育工作者越来越感受到他们的鲜明特点,他们在心理健康水平上普遍较高,自我意识较强,性格矛盾却更为突出。这样的心理特点既给德育工作提出了挑战,也为创新提供了契机,尤其是德育实践的创新。首先,在教学理念上,教师应当重视实践教学,以价值观引导为主要目标,以社会主义核心价值体系为主要内容;在形式上,创新"拓展运动"、"场馆讲解"、"师生谈心"等方式;在内容上,根据不同课程、不同学科、不同学校的自身特点和侧重点进行创新。另外,在考核方法和评价标准上应重视平时表现,细化奖惩标准,成绩要对学生发展形成实质性影响。 With the admission of "After 1990" university students, ideological and political education workers increasingly felt their distinctive characteristics. Generally the students have a comparatively high level of mental health, a strong self-awareness, and a salient character contradiction. These characteristics both present a challenge to our work, but also provide an opportunity for innovation, especially for the innovation of moral practice. First of all, our teaching philosophy should pay more attention to moral practice, guide values ??as the main target, socialist core value system as the main content. Thus we should be in the form of "Outreach campaigns; Venue to explain, Teachers and students to talk", and etc. The content should be innovated according to different courses, disciplines, and schools with its own characteristics and focus. Finally, Assessment methods and evaluation criteria should attach importance to performance, refinement of reward and punishment standards, and grades should develop students' substantive ability.
