The Research of the Party's Construction of Advanced Nature With the Scientific Development of Higher Education

以当前世情、党情、国情深刻变化新形势下,如何引深高校党的先进性建设,推进高等教育科学发展为主题,联系实际,阐述了党的先进性与基层党组织和党员先进性的辨证关系,提出了以创先争优活动为重要载体,引深高校基层党组织和党员队伍先进性建设观点;阐述了党的先进性建设与提高执政能力的辩证关系,提出了以保持党的纯洁性为抓手,增强党的执政意识,提高执政能力,发挥好高校党的基层组织政治核心作用观点;阐述了党的先进性建设与高校科学发展的关系,提出了以加强党对高校的领导为着力点,创造社会主义大学良好的育人环境观点;同时,针对性地提出了深化党的先进性建设长效机制的方法和措施。

This article mainly focused on how to promote the Party＇s advancement and scientific development of higher education under the new situations of the world,Party and our country.So under the premises above,combined with the concrete work,the writer expatiated the dialectical relationship between the advancement of the Party and the advancement of primary Party organizations and the Party members,and then raised the idea that we should strengthen the advancement construction of the primary Party organization in our academy and troops of Party members through ＂Striving to be the best＂ activities.This article also explained the dialectical relationship between constructing the Party advancement and reinforcing the ruling ability,and drew a conclusion that we should enhance the governing consciousness and the ruling ability of the Party by maintenance of the purity of the Party,so that primary Party organization in our academy could be well treated as the political core.The relationship between the advancement of the Party and the scientific development of higher education was discussed,to create a better cultivation environment in Universities.Meanwhile,the methods and measures were proposed pertinently to construct the long-term mechanism for profoundly building the party＇s advancement construction.
