摘要 RNA干扰(RNAi)是dsRNA介导的特异性基因表达沉默的现象,是生物在进化上高度保守的基因表达调节机制之一。从RNA干扰的概念入手,系统阐述了RNA干扰的作用机制、作用特点及其最新进展,并对RNA干扰技术的应用前景进行了展望。 RNA interference (RNAi) is an evolutionarily conserved mechanism of gene regulation in almost all living organisms, with roles ranging from the developmental regulation of gene expression to defense mechanism against viral infections. In this paper, the concept, mechanism, basic characteristics and new research progress of RNA Interference are summarized. At the end, the application prospects of RNA Interference are described.
