摘要
采用正态分布的转换式u,进行体育成绩的评定,也称之为u分,通过转换式进行T分的计算,即将学生教学始末的两次成绩转换成T分,再根据美国测量学家黑尔(Hale)的T分与进步分换算表把两次始末测验的T分转换成"进步分",然后结合学生的进步(进步幅度分)情况进行最后评定。通过近两年的教学实践证明这样的评分方法能激发学生对体育的学习积极性。
This paper presents how to use a normally distributed type U to assess PE scores. First of all, teachers turn students" two scores into T scores, and then according to the U.S. scientist Hale's T score and the progress of sub-conversion table, convert two T scores into "progress points". Finally, they do the final assessment combined with the student's progress (progress amplitude scores). Through nearly two years" teaching practice, such scoring methods can stimulate students" enthusiasm for learning sport.
