基于知识元的突发事件衍生网络仿真平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementati on of Emergencies Derivative Network Simulation Platform Based on Knowledge Element

针对突发事件应急管理的需要,在知识元和情景演化的理论基础上,提出了一种可视化的突发事件衍生网络仿真平台的设计方法,该平台通过集成应急管理领域突发事件相关知识,支持对不同类型突发事件衍生过程的模拟仿真,并生成动态的突发事件衍生网络,使人们对突发事件衍生过程形成更加直观的认识,从而提升突发事件的应急管理能力。

Focusing on the need for emergency management,this paper proposes a method of designing a visual simulation platform of emergencies derivative network.Through the integration of knowledge of emergency management-related fields,this platform supports different types of simulation of emergencies derivative processes,and generates a dynamic emergencies derivative network.The proposed network can help people to gain a clearer recognition of the emergencies derivative processes straightforwardly and therefore will enhance their ability of emergency management.
