商业化开发利用中的政务信息资源集成机制研究

Study on the Integration System of the Governmental Information Resources in the Field of Commercial Exploitation and Utilization

围绕政务信息资源商业化开发利用面临的主要问题展开论述,指出政务信息资源质量是其商业化开发利用的基本问题,构建政务信息资源的集成机制是提高信息资源质量的重要手段,是提升商业化开发利用效率的重要因素。在分析了交换、汇聚和协同三种集成机制的可行方式的基础上,最后建议应针对政府机构的实际管理和服务水平,灵活选择合适的方式来实现政务信息资源的集成。

This paper focuses on the main problems in commercial exploitation and utilization of governmental information resources,and points out that the quality of the governmental information resources is the basic factor;the construction of the integration system is the important means to improve the quality of the information resources,and to promote the efficiency of commercial exploitation and utilization.It analyzes the three feasible w ays of integration system： the Exchange,Convergence and Collaboration,then gives the suggestions that the government agencies should flexibly choose the right one to fulfill the integration of governmental information resources according to the actual situation of their management and service level.
