摘要 提供高效信息服务受到广泛关注。本文以政府信息服务为主要研究对象,概括和分析了政府信息服务体系,在此基础上,提出政府信息共享服务模型,阐述了有关政府信息服务的信息服务主客体、政府信息资源、政府信息管理和共享服务的手段与措施、政府流程及其优化整合等重要要素。从信息共享和服务空间技术着手,着重介绍了政府信息服务的物联网、本体等关键技术。 In this study,focusing on Government Information Service(GIS),a model of GIS is designed on the basis of the summary and analysis of the GIS system.Four main factors,including the subjective and objective users of GIS,government information resources,the means and measures of GIS management and information sharing service,government processes and their rebuilding or optimizing through combination or integration,are discussed.Then,some key technologies,such as Internet of Things(IoT) and ontology are introduced from the aspect of information sharing and serving space technologies.
