摘要
对SiC增强的铝基复合材料中Al/SiC界面结合机制的研究现状进行了综述 ,着重分析了Al/SiC体系的直接结合机制和界面反应结合机制 ,讨论了SiC表面SiO2
The interfacial bonding mechanism in the Al/SiC composites is reviewed,and more attention is paid to the direct bonding mechanism and interfacial reaction bonding mechanism.The effects of SiO 2 layer on the surface of SiC on the interfacial reaction and interfacial structure are discussed.
