血清软骨寡聚基质蛋白检测对类风湿关节炎软骨损伤价值的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究的软骨寡聚基质蛋白(cartilage oligomeric matrix protein,COMP)是新近发现的软骨代谢标志物[1],它是一种细胞外基质,属于凝血栓蛋白家族(TSP),其作为软骨非胶原蛋白的主要成分,与关节软骨关系密切,是一种能反映骨与软骨破坏的敏感的血清学标记。国内相关研究较少。
