维甲酸对高糖培养肾小球系膜细胞增殖及分泌转化生长因子-β的实验研究
摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见并发症,研究在高糖条件下培养肾小球系膜细胞生物学功能的改变及干预治疗,对于糖尿病肾病的防治具有重要意义。近年来维生素A代谢产物或类似物家族中被称为维甲酸(retinoic acid)的一类化合物在肾脏病的动物模型中显示出良好的肾脏保护作用[1]。
