体外受精-胚胎移植中一过性高催乳素血症对妊娠的影响 被引量：1

摘要 高催乳素血症对卵泡的发育,排卵和黄体功能都有影响。催乳素（PRL）正常患者在体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）中,当进行控制性卵巢刺激,使用大量促性腺激素（Gn）时候,部分患者血清PRL出现增高趋势。此时出现的一过性PRL变化是否影响卵泡发育,对获卵数、受精率等有无影响,与妊娠的关系如何是生殖医学关注的问题。
