椎旁肌间隙入路椎弓根螺钉治疗胸腰段椎体骨折的体会 被引量:1

摘要 后正中入路是胸腰椎手术最常用方法之一,传统的胸腰椎后路需要剥离双侧椎旁软组织,造成椎旁肌缺血和失神经支配,损害了脊柱正常的生理特性,影响躯干肌肉的强度,术后易残留腰背疼痛[1],随着微创理念的发展,如何减少椎旁软组织医源性损伤造成的上述并发症已引起广泛的关注。自2009年6月至2011年4月采用椎旁肌间隙入路24例,
