摘要
以新疆伊犁河谷红富士苹果为研究对象,采用氮、磷、钾三因素的二次回归正交施肥设计,利用高效液相法对红富士苹果果实生长发育过程中内源激素进行检测分析。结果表明,新疆红富士苹果果实内各处理间GA3和IAA含量总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,ABA含量总体呈先下降后上升的趋势,其中GA3含量最低值在幼果期为0.13mg/g,最高值在着色期为0.73 mg/g;IAA含量最低值在幼果期为0.02 mg/g,最高值也在着色期为0.64mg/g;ABA含量最低值在幼果期为0.18mg/g,最高值在成熟期为0.33mg/g。分析表明,多施N和K对红富士苹果果实不同发育期GA3和IAA的积累有一定促进作用,施K有利于红富士苹果果实中ABA含量的积累。
The main purpose of this research was to detect and analyze the endogenous hormones of Red Fushi apple in Ili fever valley in growth and development process with HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) , using the three factors of N, P, K fertilization quadratic regression orthogonal design. The result showed, among treatment groups, the fruit of Red Fushi apple GA3 and IAA in brief increased first and decreased afterwards, ABA content decreased first and increased afterwards. Among them, the lowest value of GA3 content in young fruit stage was 0.13 mg/g,the highest value in the coloring stage was 0.73 mg/g;The lowest value of IAA content in young fruit stage was 0.02 mg/g,the highest value in the coloring stage was 0.04 mg/g;The lowest value of ABA content in young fruit stage was 0.18 rag/g, the hightst value in the maturing stage was 0.33 mg/g. The analysis showed that applying more N and K to Red Fushi apple in the different development stages helped to accumulate GA3 and IAA, applying K helped to accumulate GA3 and IAA,applying K helped to accumulate ABA content in Red Fushi apple fruit.
