摘要
利用SHPB压杆装置对焊接接头的不同区域进行了高应变速率下的冲击试验,分别获得了相应区域的应力—时间和应变率—时间曲线,研究了焊接接头在高应变速率下的动态力学响应。研究结果表明,利用入射波和透射波峰值的比较,可以获得焊接接头的应力强度水平;焊接接头的力学不均匀性对结构的动态应力响应有较大的影响。
In this paper, by means of SHPB, the impact tests have been earried out on every part of weld-ment with high strain rate. Relevant dynamic mechanical diagram of curves has been obtained. The results show that the mechanical heterogeneity of weldment has its special behavior and a higher sensibility with high strain rate.
