网络问政是近几年最时髦的政治术语,其诞生意味着一种崭新的政府治理方式的出现。网络问政在中国的发展引起了党和国家的高度重视,从网络问政的兴起、网络问政的渠道、运行机理和实施等4个方面进行归纳和把握这场现代化政府技术的革新。既要看到网络问政在现代中国政府治理创新中的积极作用,也要认识到它的弊端,并在实践中加以改进。建议从政府官员和网民的结合、问政和施政的结合、网络问政和网下问政的结合等3个角度来完善网络问政。

“The network in politics” is one of the most popular political terms, and it means the new paradigm of modern government administration. The development of network in politics in China has caused the serious attention of Party and country. This paper concludes and grasps the innovation of this modern government-technology from such aspects as the booming, the channel, and the operation mechanism and implementation of network in politics. We should recognize the positive effects of network governance in modern Chinese government governance innovation and at the same time we should also be aware of its disadvantages and improve them in practice. It suggests that we improve network governance from three angles, that is, the combination of official and netizen, of network in politic and governance, and of network in politics and network out of politics.
