20Cr2MoV钢焊缝金属微观分析

摘要 20Cr2MoV高强度热强钢用埋弧自动焊进行多道多层焊,经调质热处理后,焊缝金属的冲击韧性值急剧下降,不能满足使用要求。用扫描电镜分析的结果表明:焊缝金属中有较多的非金属夹杂物,特别是夹杂物附近存在微裂纹及晶界碳化物析出是造成焊缝金属低温冲击韧性值低的主要原因。 20Cr2MoV high strength heat resistance steel had been welded in multilayer and multi-pass for submerged arc welding. While the weld metals were quenched and tempered, the low temperature impact values of weld metals rapidly became bw and the properties of wld metals did not meet to need. The results analysing with scanning electron microscope show that non metallic inclusions in weld metals, microcracks around inclusions and carbides at grain boundaries make that the low temperature impact toughness values of weld metals rapidly became low.
