摘要
运用彩色金相、金属热处理和合金化等方面的理论,对ZG40CrMnSi耐磨钢衬板的失效进行了分析,结果表明淬火加热不足、保温时间较长使钢石墨化,而且其中保留的铸造树枝状晶及魏氏组织是导致脆性断裂的主要原因。
This essay analyses the loss of the effectiveness of die ZG40CrMnS wear-resisting steel liners with the theories of color metallography, metal heat treatment, alloying etc. The main reasons of the brit-de fracture are the lack of the harden heat, the time of the heating preservation is too long, which make steel produce graphitizing , and the castingbranch - like crystals and wei - tissues still exist.
