开放大学背景下“文化高速公路”构建研究——以“西柏坡—北京”路线图为样本

On the Construction of "Cultural Highway" in the Background of the Open University:Pictured Sample of "Xibaipo-Beijing" Route

"文化高速公路"旨在利用现代教育手段,开发现代旅游资源,实现文化站点的连接和站点文化的高速传播,探索开放大学背景下文化建设模式。研究从学术层面和教学层面切入,挖掘西柏坡至北京沿线的历史文化,力图还原历史。学术层面旨在挖掘西柏坡及沿途红色资源的学术价值,提升学术品位。教学层面重在普及红色知识,传承伟大的革命精神和民族精神。结合当年中共中央的实际行程设计选取"西柏坡—北京"路线图,途经五处红色基地,组织多种学习活动。采用历史研究方法,同时开展社会调查,注重搜集口述史料、组织图片展等。在方案实施中,充分发挥电大优势,运用现代信息技术制作"虚拟路线图",以提高红色文化教育传播的广度与时效。

The purpose of the ＂cultural highway＂ is,by using modern means of education,to develop modern tourism resources,to achieve high-speed spread and connection of cultural sites,and to explore the cultural construction mode under the background of open universities.The study cuts in from both levels of academy and pedagogy,collection of the history and culture along Xibaipo to Beijing is made with the attempt to restore history.As to the level of academic value,it seeks to find out the academic value of the red resources along Xibaipo to Beijing,aiming to enhance academic quality.As for the pedagogy level,it focuses on the popularization of red knowledge,passes on the great revolutionary spirit and national spirit.Combined with the actual itinerary design of the Central Committee of the CPC ＂from Xibaipo to Beijing＂ route map,passing through five red bases,organizing a variety of learning activities.Method of historical research is used to carry out social investigation,focusing on gathering oral historical materials,organizing photo exhibition and other activities.In the implementation of the program,the advantages of RTVU give full play to the use of modern information technology to produce ＂virtual roadmap＂ to improve the breadth and timeliness of spread of red culture education.
