摘要
毕业论文是开放教育本科教学中的重要环节,也是学生学习效果的最终体现,其水平的高低直接折射出开放教育的教学质量,因此,提高毕业论文质量意义重大。目前制约开放教育毕业论文质量的矛盾根源在于指导教师、学生、沟通途径及专业特点等四要素之间的配合程度,破解之策需从思想、制度、管理、教学以及服务支持等方面着手方能进一步推动行政管理专业毕业论文质量的提高。
Graduation paper is an important link in the undergraduate teaching of open education.It is also the ultimate expression of students' learning effect,the level of which directly reflects the teaching quality of open education.Therefore,to improve the quality of graduation thesis is of great significance.Currently the contradictory root to restrict the quality of graduation papers in open education lies in the cooperation of the four key elements: the guiding teacher,students,communication channel and professional characteristics.The resolving countermeasure should be started from the idea,system,management,teaching and service support to further improve the quality of the graduation papers of the administrative management major.
