Exploration on Culturing Students' Logical Thinking Ability in Legal Vocational Colleges

注重并加强对法律类高职学生逻辑思维能力的培养,对学生的学习及更好的适应法律工作者的工作要求具有举足轻重的作用。校园课堂中,我们除了开设法律逻辑课程外,还应当通过转变观念、创新教学方式、改革评价标准等途径切实加强对学生逻辑思维能力的训练,从而培养真正符合经济社会发展需要的法律工作者。

Paying attention to and strengthening the students logical thinking ability in law vocational colleges plays an important role in students＇ learning and better meeting the work requirements for legal workers.In addition to the offering of the legal logic course,students should be enhanced with the training of logic thinking ability through the changing of ideas,innovative teaching methods,reform of the evaluation standard so as to train them as qualified legal workers with the needs of social and economic development.
