社区大学作为我国社区教育的一支重要力量,对于构建全民学习型社会发挥着举足轻重的作用。而社区大学志愿者队伍建设是社区大学完成其使命的关键。因此必须扩大社区大学志愿者队伍的规模、调整志愿者服务结构体系,完善志愿者队伍的管理机制、提升志愿者队伍自身素质。

Community University as an important force of community education in China plays a decisive role in building a learning society.Community college volunteer team building is the key to accomplish its mission.Therefore,it is necessary to expand community college volunteer team,adjust the scale and structure system of volunteer service,perfect the volunteer team management mechanism,improve their own quality of volunteer team.
