外源NO处理对镉胁迫下绿豆幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了外源一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)处理对重金属镉(Cd2+)胁迫下绿豆幼苗生长的影响,结果显示:5μmol/l Cd2+胁迫处理3d或8d时,绿豆幼苗地上部和根系的鲜重和干重、株高、主根长、侧根长及侧根数均受到显著抑制,且随处理时间的延长抑制效应明显增大;50μmol/l SNP单独处理3d或8d对绿豆幼苗上述生长指标均无显著影响;但50μmol/l SNP+5μmol/l Cd2+复合处理与5μmol/l Cd2+单独处理相比绿豆幼苗上述生长指标均显著升高。结果说明外源NO处理能明显缓解重金属Cd2+胁迫对绿豆幼苗生长的抑制效应。
