摘要 研究不同组合复合酶制剂对奶牛生产性能和营养物质消化率的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮为全混合日粮,精、粗料比4∶6,试验组按精料量的0.1%添加不同组合的复合酶制剂。结果表明:在奶牛日粮中添加复合酶制剂能够提高奶牛日粮的干物质和粗蛋白质消化率。复合酶制剂以木聚糖酶10 000U/g、葡聚糖酶2 500U/g和纤维素酶30 000U/g组合效果较佳。 The aim was to study the effects of different compound enzyme preparations to Holstein cows production performance and nutrient digestibility. The Gontrol group was fed with hasial diet for the total mixed ration (ratio of concentrate to roughage forage= 4 : 6), and the experiment group were fed different compound enzyme preparations of 0.1% according to the feed volume. The results indicated that compound enzymes added to the concentrate of TMR could increase crude protein and dry matter digestibility of cows. The optimum compound enzyme preparation was as that: xylanase of 10 000 U/g, glucanase of 2 500 U/g and cellulase of 30 000 U/g.
