摘要
研究了一种高NbTiAl基合金两种组织状态下的热压缩性能及高温抗氧化性能。结果表明 ,片层组织合金比双态组织合金具有较高的高温抗压强度和屈服强度 ,而塑性较差。
A new TiAl base alloy with high Nb content was developed with hot compressing tests and oxidizing examinations at high temperature. The results show that the alloy with fully lamellar microstructure has higher ultimate compressing strength and 0 2% proof strength than those with duplex microstructure at HT, but the plasticity is poor. The addition of high Nb to TiAl base alloys forms a layer concentrated Nb to alert the oxidation by promoting growth of an Al concentrated layer, thereby inhabiting formation of the more reactive Ti oxide.
