摘要
Ru Ti氧化物是电化学工业中常用的阳极材料之一 ,通常是采用热分解法制备。我们采用溶胶凝胶工艺制备纳米级RuO2 60 % TiO2 4 0 %氧化物材料 ,并对其组织结构特点进行分析。研究表明采用溶胶凝胶工艺获得了金红石型Ru Ti氧化物烧结体 ,未出现金属钌和锐钛矿等副反应产物。所制备的氧化物纳米晶在 4 80℃烧结后 ,其尺寸为 3~ 6nm ;在 60 0℃烧结后 ,尺寸约为 10~2 0nm ;80 0℃烧结后 ,晶粒尺寸约为 30~ 60nm 。
Ru\|Ti oxide is one of the most frequently used anode material. It was usually prepared by thermal decomposition method. In this paper, the nanoscale RuO\-260%\|TiO\-240% material was prepared by a Sol\|Gel technique. The structural features were studied. The results showed that a rutile typed Ru\|Ti sintered\|oxide was obtained by the technique. The metallic ruthenium and antase phase were not found. After sintered at 480℃, the crystal dimension was between 3~6nm; 10~20nm at 600℃, 30~60nm at 800℃. The big crystals were typical quadri\|prism crystal, in which the twin sub\|structure was observed.
