稀土对高铬白口铸铁组织转变的影响 被引量:5

摘要 应用Gleeble 150 0热模拟试验机测定 15%Cr白口铸铁的CCT曲线 ,研究了微量稀土对高铬白口铸铁组织转变的影响。结果表明 ,稀土能增加过冷奥氏体的稳定性 ,使CCT曲线右移 ,并使铸态先共晶奥氏体由树枝晶变为近等轴晶 。 The CCT diagrams of high chromium white cast iron with 15%Cr were measured by Gleeble\|1500.The effects of minute quantity RE on phase transformation of high chromium white cast iron were researched.The experimental results show that,when suitable quantity RE was added, the stability of supercooled austenite was increased.The CCT diagrams were shifted to right.The dendrities of proeutectic austenite in cast state were changed into approximate equiaxial crystals.The long bars of eutectic carbide were changed into well\|distributed massive carbide.
