层流流量计设计参数的选择与确定

On the Choice and Determination of Design Parameters for Laminar Flow Meters

对于给定最大体积流量和最大压差时 ,涉及层流流量计的设计参数有 :最大平均流速 wmmax、流量计的直径 dm、层流流道的当量直径 di、层流流道的长度 l和层流流道的数目 n,这 5个未知数可用所选择的限定条件、流体力学阻力的方程和几何条件组成的方程组求出 ,从而为层流流量计的具体设计与研制打下坚实的基础。

When the maximum volumetric flowrate and the maximum pressure drop are given,there are five un- known parameters of laminar flowmeter,namely the maximum mean flow velocity,the diameter of flowmeter, the equivalent diameter of flow passage,the length of flow passage,and the number of laminar flow passage. These unknown design parameters can be analytically solved by five equations formed from restriction condi- tions and equation of flow resistance.This resultis very useful for design and calibration of laminar flowmeters.
