Parametric 3D design for gear hobs based on Solid Works

文章以齿轮滚刀为对象,建立其数学模型,使用Visual Basic对Solid Works进行二次开发,实现了齿轮滚刀的三维参数化建模,所完成的三维实体零件为后续的有限元分析、仿真加工提供了必要条件。

This paper takes the gear hobs as an object,establishes its mathematical model,introduces the theory and method of the redevelopment approach to Solid Works with Visual Basic.It has realized the gear hobs parametric 3D-model,which has provided the essential condition for the finite element analysis and simulation.
