For drivers,driving in night,rainy and fog days,car lights are indispensable.Whether the intensity and angle of the car lights can meet requirements is closely related to the assembdaysling quality in factories.Meanwhile,the light is one of the necessary inspection item in vehicle annual inspection.This paper discusses the quality control problems of the car headlights assembling from the kinds of a certain brand of car T11 headlights,the field assembly process and quality management of the car headlights and other aspects.
