摘要
随着高校后勤社会化改革的推进,各高校成立了各种后勤实体,聘用了一定数量的校外务工人员,农民工作为一个群体与高校后勤有着双向的需求,从而得以进入高校后勤服务工作的领域。文章从农民工的特点出发,结合高校特殊的工作情况,来阐述加强农民工管理的意义,并思考和探索加强农民工管理的措施,从而有效地适应和促进高校后勤工作的开展。
With the development of sociali reform of college logistics,colleges and universities set up logistic entities to employ a certain number of out-of-school workers.Migrant workers enter into the reaum of uniuersity logistics,for their both requirements.Based on the characteristics of migrant workers,combining with the special working condition of university.This paper elaborates the significance and the measures of strengthen the management of migrant workers,for adapting and promoting the work of university logistics effectively.
