摘要
以高速铁路建设使用量最大的工程材料高性能混凝土为研究对象,从基于铁路工程作用环境的功能性指标,面向全过程的经济性指标以及考虑资源利用、能源消耗、CO2排放、水污染、粉尘污染、噪声污染的环境性指标,建立高速铁路混凝土绿色度评价指标体系,利用模糊数学和关联分析方法,确定混凝土绿色度评价模型以及绿色度中各评价指标权重,从而量化高速铁路混凝土绿色度。以京沪高速铁路用灰渣混凝土为例进行绿色度评价,结果表明灰渣混凝土为高绿色度混凝土。
The green degree of the high-performance concrete used with the maximum quantity among engineering materials in construction of high-speed railways was studied.The green degree evaluation index system of high-speed railway concrete was established from the angle of three aspects which are the functional indexes based on environmental conditions,process-oriented economy indexes and environmental indexes.The environmental indexes contain the resource utilization ratio,energy consumption,CO2 discharging,water pollution,dust pollution and noise pollution.With the fuzzing mathematics and correlating analytical method,the green degree evaluation model and weight of different evaluation indexes were determined to quantify the green degree of concrete used in high-speed railways.Study by example of the cliker concrete used in the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway shows the cliker concrete belongs to the high green degree concrete.
