内质网应激中ATF-6调控细胞凋亡及相关疾病

摘要 许多异常反应都会引起内质网应激,进而激活未折叠蛋白反应。当未折叠反应仍不能缓解内质网蛋白负荷时,就会通过多条途径引起细胞凋亡,并引起相关疾病,如糖尿病,躁郁症,神经退行性疾病和创伤后应激反应PTSD等。该文主要论述活化转录因子6在ER应激中调控细胞凋亡的机制以及引起的相关疾病。 There are many abnormal response will induce endoplasmic reticulum stress(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ER stress),and activation of the unfolded protein response(Unfolded Protein Response,UPR).When unfolded reaction still cannot alleviate endoplasmic reticulum protein load,will pass the multiple pathways of apoptosis,and related diseases,such as diabetes,bipolar disorder,neurodegenerative disorders and posttraumatic stress response PTSD.This paper mainly discusses the activating transcription factor 6(Activating Transcription Factor 6,ATF-6) in ER stress in the regulation of apoptosis mechanism and related diseases.
