The role of human capital in the ability of knowledge-based enterprise are worthy of our study focused. On the basis of the analysis of knowledge-based enterprises＇ and enterprise capability impli- cations, We divide the human capital operation into four module and constructed out of the basic operation of the human capital operation process, and analyze the human capital in tehran enterprise is on how it is opera- ted, creating the operation process of human capital in knowledge-based enterprise by theoretical analysis. And hope to have some help and inspiration to managers of modern knowledge-based enterprise.
