During the knowledge-economy era, make a research in Capabilities System of Knowledge-based En- terprise is necessary. According to the theoretical analysis of the knowledge-based enterprises＇ capability, we can list the index system chart. Through the evaluation in each capability of them by the method of Analytic Hi- erarchy Process ,we can calculate their weights, establish the evaluation model in capacities system of Knowl- edge-based Enterprise, and give some guides to the decision-making and management practices of corporates.
