摘要
目的了解少数民族本科护生基础护理学知识掌握情况。方法采用整群抽样调查的方法,对少数民族护理本科生的一般情况、对该次基础护理知识竞赛活动的意义、组织形式、内容、态度以及效果等方面进行了调查。结果共调查了110名少数民族本科护生,均为女性。少数民族本科护生对举办"基础护理知识竞赛活动"的意义评价很高,赞同率均在95.5%以上;其中,有99.1%的少数民族护生认为"基础护理知识竞赛"能更好的帮助护生巩固和掌握护理专业知识;有83.7%以上的少数民族本科护生对护理知识竞赛活动在组织形式、内容等方面持肯定态度。结论少数民族本科护生对在护理教学中举办"基础护理知识竞赛活动"的效果评价很高,护理知识竞赛活动能够帮助少数民族护生更好地巩固和掌握基础护理学专业知识,对进一步提高护理教学效果和教学质量具有很大的促进作用。
Objective To investigate minority undergraduate nursing students in the basic nursing knowledge.Methods Cluster sampling survey method,the minority of undergraduate nursing students in general,on the basis of nursing activity of contest of knowledge meaning,organization form,content,manner and effect are investigated.The results of this survey investigated a total of 110 minority undergraduate nursing students,are female.Minority undergraduate nursing students held to "basic nursing knowledge contest" and the significance of evaluation is very high,with more than 95.5%;wherein,99.1% minority nursing students considered that the "basic nursing knowledge contest" can better help students grasp and consolidate nursing expertise;more than 83.7% of minority undergraduate nursing students to nursing knowledge contest activity in the organization form,content and other aspects of positive attitude.Conclusion The minority undergraduate nursing students on nursing teaching in "basic nursing knowledge contest" effect evaluation is very high,nursing knowledge contest to help minority nursing students better grasp and consolidate basic nursing knowledge,to further improve the nursing teaching effect and teaching quality.
