摘要
运用热力学计算软件HSC对氢气还原硫酸钙进行了热力学研究。计算发现,加入氢气后硫酸钙的分解温度较自行分解所需的温度显著降低,且氢气浓度越低对硫酸钙反应越有利。根据热力学计算结果,利用磷石膏在流化床分解炉中进行热态试验,考察了反应温度、气体流量、床层高度对磷石膏分解时反应动力学的影响。实验结果表明,当气体流量242mL/min、床层高径比(H0/D)4.8、温度控制在1 000~1 050℃时,对于流化床中氢气还原分解磷石膏有利。
The reductive decomposition of calcium sulfate using hydrogen is investigated and calculated by HSC thermodynamic software.It is discovered that the decomposition temperature of calcium sulfate with hydrogen is lower than that of without hydrogen,and the lower concentration of hydrogen,the better results for the decomposition reaction.Based on the result,the thermal experiment in the fluidized bed is studied to investigate the effect of reaction temperature,gas flow rate,bed height on the decomposition of phosphogypsum.The results indicate that it is beneficial for the decomposition when the gas flow is 242 mL/min,height to diameter ratio(H0/D) is 4.8,and temperature is controlled at 1 000-1 050 ℃.
