The principle of the DC voltage divider is expounded in detail. How choosing the resistances and how designing the circuit are analyzed. The problem of temperature excursion and disturbing each other of resist- maces is solved. It ensures the veracity and stability of the DC voltage divider. Using this method, the precise and steady instrument was manufactured to measure the high DC voltage.
