摘要
为了能够快速、准确地判断汽车方向盘铸件产品是否合格及不合格产品的缺陷类型,实现检测与识别的自动化,在研究了经典与新型的边缘算法与模式识别算法后,经过实验分析对比,提出采用Canny算子和数学形态学的检测方法,将模糊模式识别算法的择近原则应用到方向盘铸件缺陷识别中,通过PC与PLC串口通信实现自动化。实验和现场测试证明,该方法能够实现方向盘铸件自动检测和识别,且误判率小于5%。

At last, through the PC and PLC serial interface communication can realize the automation. The experiment and the field test shows that the method can realize the automatic detection and recognition of steering wheel castings, and the false positive rate 〈 5%.
